MISSION
東京科学大学理工学系学友会は、東京科学大学理工学系の学士課程の学生全員を会員として組織される大学の運営からは独立した学生任意団体です。 学生による自主的な運営の下、学生の声を聴き、必要な支援を企画・実施していきます。
The Gakuyukai - Science & Engineering Student Association is a voluntary student organization, independent of the Science Tokyo administration, consisting of all undergraduate Science and Engineering students.

学友会費の納付のお願い／Request for Payment of GAKUYUKAI Fee
学生は学士課程に入学すると学友会に加入します。学友会費は学士課程入学時に在学予定年限分（学士課程入学なら4年間、編入学であれば2または3年間分）の納付をお願いしています。

※各単価は医歯学系学友会と同額

Students automatically join the Gakuyukai when they enroll in an undergraduate program. Gakuyukai fees are a one-time payment due at time of enrollment.
ORGANIZATION
学友会では活動ごとに組織に分かれて、支援を行っていきます。
The Gakuyukai is divided into organizations for each activity and provides support.
各組織の役割
学友会総会／Gakuyukai General Assembly
正会員（全学士課程学生）で構成される学友会の最高決議機関。
The supreme decision-making body of the Gakuyukai, composed of regular members (all undergraduate students).
代議員会／Delegates' Assembly
学友会総会に代る通常時における学友会運営の決議機関。
The Delegates Assembly is the decision-making body of the Gakuyukai, which replaces the Gakuyukai General Assembly.
監査会／Audit Committee
学友会の会計及び運営の監査を行う。 執行部等の担当者との兼務を不可とし、独立性を保つ。
Audit the accounts and operations of the Gakuyukai. Maintain independence by not concurrently serving as the person in charge of the Gakuyukai Executive Committee.
執行部／Executive Committee
総務・会計・広報・渉外の機能を持つ。学友会総会、代議員会での決定に基づき、学友会全体の運営を行う執行機関。
Perform general affairs, accounting, public relations, and liaison functions for the Gakuyukai.
代表会議／Delegates' Meeting
公認サークル連合の会議体、決議機関。
An deliberative and decision-making body of the Official Student Club Federation.
公認サークル連合／Certified Circle Union
全公認サークルが集まった組織。
An organization that brings together every certified club and circle.
学園祭運営部／Campus Festival Management Department
学園祭へ参加する学生への支援など、学園祭に関する支援を行う。学園祭の運営は、工大祭実行委員会に委託する。
Provide support related to the Campus Festival (Kodaisai), including support for students participating in the festival. The Koudaisai Executive Committee (JIZI) is in charge of managing the Campus Festival.
学生生活部／Student Life Department
大学への意見・提言のとりまとめ、学生生活を盛り上げる企画の運営・開催を行う。学友会のメンバーなら誰でも参加可能。
Compile opinions and recommendations to the Institute and manage and hold projects that enliven student life.

「東京科学大学理工学系学友会（以下、学友会と呼びます）」は、理工学系学生（旧東京工業大学）の学士課程を中心とした学生による団体です。学生自身が学生の正課（授業や研究活動）以外のキャンパスライフやサークル活動など学生生活を支援する活動を行います。
The Gakuyukai - Science & Engineering Student Association is an organization of science and engineering students, mainly undergraduate students of the former Tokyo Institute of Technology.
東京科学大学の学生は学士課程に入学すると学友会員になります。特に申し込み手続きは必要ありません。
Yes, all Science Tokyo students become Gakuyukai members when they enroll in the undergraduate program. There is no need to apply for membership.
学友会の活動に実際に参加するかどうかは、それぞれの学生次第です。学友会の活動に少しでもご興味がございましたら、ぜひお声がけください。
It's up to the student to decide whether or not to participate in the Gakuyukai's activities.
様々な参加方法があり、「代議員」や「監査」に立候補することで学友会全体の運営に参加することができます。また、学生のキャンパスライフ支援に関わりたい場合は、「学生生活部」にご参加ください。その他にも、「学園祭運営部」への所属や、公認サークルに所属し「代表会議」に参加することなどでも関わることができます。
The Gakuyukai consists of six main sections. You can participate in the management by joining various organizations.
学友会費を支払わなかった学生個人が直接不利益を被ることはありません。しかし、学友会費は学生の互助的な組織である学友会の運営に不可欠なものであり、学生活動の発展やキャンパスライフの向上のためにもお支払いにご協力いただけますと幸いです。
Individual students will not suffer any direct disadvantages if they do not pay the Gakuyukai fee. However, these fees are essential for the operation of the Gakuyukai, which is a mutual support organization for students. We would greatly appreciate your cooperation in paying the fee to support the development of student activities and the enhancement of campus life.
